I'll do the leg work and go through all 11 sections, logging each command onto a master list in hopes that it makes someone/several folks day a little bit easier if they need to view it all at once on screen or through print out. In fact, that's awesome (but still not ideal for all users). In there, (sure enough) one would find all commands that the feature uses WITH a field that would allow a user to customize their own commands. The customer service rep, when asked where I might be able to find such information, he directed me to the settings>accessibility>Voice Control>customize commands. I went to Apple's website thinking, "well there MUST be a downloadable list or section on their site that one could reference!". I have ALWAYS been very happy with Apple's ability to intertwine accessibility into their OS's.īeing that the voice control feature (which is kick a$$) requires someone to basically learn a new language of specific terms and phrases in order to effectively use the feature, I went on a search for a "master list" of sorts in hopes to stumble upon something. My organization works with them to engage technology through Assistive or Adapted equipment/software/devices. I work with adults, some of whom have significant challenges when interacting with technology due to severe physical disabilities (Spinal Cord Injury, CP, Brain Injury to name examples). Not a great experience, but I can move past that. There was nothing about the way he handled my questions that would support his title from someone working their first shift. I was in contact with a man who was a "Senior" Chat Specialist.
